Access to AgentHubPro services requires that users are legally authorized to enter into contracts and to use professional legal support in their jurisdiction. Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority under local law and must hold any professional licenses required by their role as consultant in Thailand or their operating jurisdiction.
Services must be used in accordance with applicable laws, including regulations governing real estate consulting, anti‑funds laundering checks, and professional conduct. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with sectoral rules in their own practice.
AgentHubPro is based in Thailand and provides services primarily for users operating in Thailand. Availability in other jurisdictions may be limited by local law; users are responsible for determining whether use of the service is lawful in their country.
Accounts and access
An account is required to access certain features of AgentHubPro, such as document storage, case tracking, and secure messaging. Account creation requires valid contact information and may require identity verification for some services.
You agree to provide up‑to‑date and accurate information when creating or updating your account. AgentHubPro may suspend access or limit functionality if account information appears to be false or incomplete.
Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their account. Use of multi‑factor authentication is recommended where available to enhance security.
Accounts are personal and non‑transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Selling or assigning an account without AgentHubPro’s written consent is prohibited.

Service scope
AgentHubPro provides informational legal support, document review templates, compliance checklists, and administrative assistance tailored to the needs of real estate consultant. Our materials are intended to aid professional decision‑making and should be considered informational; specific legal matters may require engagement of a licensed attorney for formal representation.
We may modify, update, add, or remove features of the service from time to time. Material changes to core services will be announced on AgentHubPro.pro with the effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
AgentHubPro seeks to maintain reliable service but may undertake maintenance or experience interruptions. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Notification of scheduled maintenance will be provided when practicable.
User rules and responsibilities
Users must adhere to professional and legal standards while using AgentHubPro. The following rules outline prohibited conduct and required behaviors intended to preserve service integrity and protect other users.
- Do not submit fraudulent or forged documents or misrepresent identity or authority in matters submitted for review.
- Do not use the service to facilitate unlawful transactions or to evade regulatory obligations applicable to real estate consulting.

- Refrain from abusive behavior, harassment, or other conduct that interferes with service usage by others.
User content
User content includes any information, documents, comments, or materials you submit to AgentHubPro in connection with service use. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you provide.
You retain ownership of content you create and submit, subject to any third‑party rights. By submitting content you represent that you have the necessary rights to share it with AgentHubPro and that use of such content for the purposes described in these terms does not infringe third‑party rights.
By submitting content you grant AgentHubPro a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, store, copy, and process the content as necessary to provide the service, including for backup, quality assurance, and improvement of service features.
You are responsible for ensuring user content complies with applicable laws and these terms. AgentHubPro may remove or refuse to host content that violates policies or presents a legal risk.
AgentHubPro may remove user content in response to legal requests, policy violations, or at our discretion to protect the integrity of the platform. We will provide notice where legally permitted and practicable.
Intellectual property
AgentHubPro and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property in the service, including software, branding, templates, and proprietary tools. Users must not copy, modify, or distribute proprietary materials except as expressly permitted under these terms.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from AgentHubPro software.
- Do not reproduce or redistribute AgentHubPro proprietary templates or content for commercial use outside the service without permission.
- Do not remove or alter any intellectual property notices included within the service or its outputs.
Paid services
Certain advanced features, premium templates, or expedited review services are offered for a fee. Paid services are governed by these terms and any separate purchase order, subscription agreement, or service-specific terms provided at the time of sale.
Pricing for paid services is listed on AgentHubPro.pro and may vary by service tier. Quoted prices exclude taxes and any third‑party fees unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through our designated payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and to pay fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at purchase. Users are responsible for timely cancellation to avoid renewal charges.
Refunds are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis and are subject to the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase. Where a refund is provided, it will be processed through the original payment method where feasible.
Users may cancel subscriptions through their account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing cycle and the terms provided during purchase.

Non‑payment may result in suspension of paid features. AgentHubPro reserves the right to recover unpaid fees using lawful collection measures consistent with applicable regulations.

AgentHubPro may integrate with third‑party tools and services to provide additional functionality. Use of these third‑party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. AgentHubPro does not assume responsibility for third‑party performance or compliance.
Termination
Either party may terminate access to the service in accordance with these terms. AgentHubPro may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, legal obligations, or inactivity. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination, including payment of outstanding fees.
Upon termination, access to paid services will cease and AgentHubPro may delete or archive user data in accordance with our retention policy. Users should export any needed data prior to termination where access remains available.
Privacy and data protection
AgentHubPro handles personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We apply organizational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed in connection with the service.
Communications
AgentHubPro may send service notifications, updates, and legal notices by email, in‑product messages, or postal mail to the address on record. Users consent to receive communications electronically unless a statutory form of notice is required.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law, service features, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated in advance where feasible. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand, except where mandatory jurisdictional rules provide otherwise.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes may be subject to mediation or adjudication in accordance with the governing law provisions set out above.
